Why Join the Y’s Summer Camp?

There are many benefits to registering your child for one of our summer camp programs.

Develop Life Skills and Have Structured Days

Summer camp programs ensure children have structured days. Kids stay busy, continue their learning and have fun. Campers develop important skills, independence, and confidence throughout the program that will follow them into adulthood.

At Countryside YMCA, we offer a wide range of camp programs to help children develop and nurture skills, including:

  • Sports specialty camps, like soccer, golf, bowling, archery, volleyball and more
  • Adventure camps, like Ninja Warrior, paintball, climbing, kayaking and more
  • Special interest camps, like Counselor in Training, junior police academy, Ninja Warrior and more
  • Art and education camps, like cooking, pottery, paper crafting, robotics and more

Make Friends

Camp is a great opportunity for kids to make new friends and socialize with other children of the same age. Depending on the camp program you choose, kids may also learn how to be team players and cooperate with others.

Have Fun

What’s the best part of attending summer camp? The fun! We have programs for children of all ages, and our counselors take every measure to make our programs loads of fun.
