Countryside YMCA offers aquatic programs designed to meet the needs of your entire family. They include swim lessons, water fitness classes, competitive swimming, recreational swimming, diving, and lifeguarding. We offer beginning and intermediate springboard diving instructions to young people and adults. People can become YMCA certified lifeguards by enrolling in one of our programs. We support various scouting groups with their badges and rank advancements. Our classes are taught by certified instructors who can give personalized attention because most classes have only 6-8 students.

Our swim lessons help students learn basic swimming skills and our swim lesson evaluations ensure children are in the correct class for their level of swim skills. The competitive swimming program helps athletes excel in and out of the water. Water adventures and water fitness are other ways people can enjoy the water. Learn more by reading the information provided in the sections below.
