Mammograms: Mobile Mammography (mamovan) Friday, August 30 from 9am-5pm

Visit the mobile mammography coach from Premier Health and Atrium Medical Center. If you haven't had your mammogram in the last 12 months, here's your chance. You'll experience the same quality, technology, and comfort that's available at our breast center. Images are reviewed by board-certified radiologists from Atrium Medical Center. Countryside YMCA and the Council on Aging are partnering to offer an in-person Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise program that promotes strength, flexibility and balance to help you better manage arthritis and lower your risk of experiencing a fall. You'll learn:

  • Warm-up and cool-down exercises
  • 1-2 core movements per session (8 weeks total)
  • Breathing techniques
  • Principles relating to improving physical and mental balance

Hoxworth Blood Drive

Blood Drive: Next drive August 14 10am-4pm

Help save a life! Donate blood at the next mobile blood drive. The Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati was founded in 1938 and serves over 30 hospitals and medical facilities in the Tri-State. Annually, Hoxworth collects more than 90,000 units of blood from local donors to help save the lives of patients in area hospitals. Hoxworth Blood Center. All Types Welcome. They will be set up in the Event Center at Countryside YMCA I Lebanon.
