Members must be 18 years or older to be eligible for 24 hour access. 24 hour access is for Countryside YMCA Lebanon members only. Landen access coming soon. It is not available for our program members, Otterbein only members, or Nationwide/reciprocal members. 24 hour access is available at all times the facility is closed, including holidays. During Countryside YMCA Lebanon business hours, you will be required to access the facility through one of the 3 main entrances as you have done previously. 15 minutes after closing, you will be able to access the Cardio Strength Center through the 24 hour access entrance to the left of the North entry. Countryside YMCA Lebanon Members will have acess to both Lebanon and Landen (coming soon) and Landen only members will have access to Landen only (coming soon). 24 hour access at Lebanon will include the 13,000 sqft Cardio Strength Center, Indoor Walking Track, Studio 3 (which has spin bikes, boxing, and TRX equipment) and the bathrooms located just outside the CSC (you will not have access to locker rooms, saunas, or showers after hours). A key fob is your after-hours key to the Cardio Strength Center. Your key fob is unique to your membership. To access the Cardio Strength Center after hours go through the 24 hour access entrance to the left of the North entry, hold the fob up to the fob reader to the side of the door. You will hear the door activate and see the reader light turn from red to green when the fob is read. Upon activation, pull on the door to gain access. To exit, simply walk out the same door you came in by pushing on the door to exit. Be sure the door is closed after entering or exiting. It is the responsibility of the person entering to not let anyone else enter without scanning their own fob. If you are already in the building when the Y closes make sure to grab any belongings from the locker rooms and make your way to the CSC. If you are in the CSC when the Y closes a staff member will ask to see your key fob and allow you to continue your workout. if you are not in the CSC at the time of closing with your key fob you will need to leave the building and scan your fob at the 24 hour access entrance. $25. For an annual fee of $25 per adult, you'll have 24 hour access. This price includes the special membership key fob. You can sign up for this access by going to the Welcome Center durring normal business hours. Members will be required to take an updated photo and sign a waiver. If you lose or damage your key fob, report it to the Y immediately. A replacement fob can be purchased for $25. No. Each adult individual must purchase their own key fob to be able to access the facility after hours. We highly recommend that members exercise with other 24 hour access members when using the facility outside of staffed hours, because we will not have any staffing assistance during the times the Y is closed. There is an emergency phone at the desk in the Cardio Strength Center to use, if needed, to call 911. Members with 24 hour access cannot grant access to other individuals, even if they are YMCA members and known to you. Granting access to another individual will result in forfeit of your 24 hour access privileges, and your key fob will be deactivaed (with no refund issued). The YMCA has a 24 hour video recording system for security purposes only. It will be reviewed on a routine basis to address any security concerns and to monitor who is entering the building. Please note that this system will not protect you from harm in or on the building premises. Please use caution when entering and leaving the building. In the event of an emergency, immediately dial 911. The Lebanon Fire Department and Police Department will be able to access the building during non-business hours. In response to member feedback asking for longer/extended hours, and to meet the growing needs of those with varying schedules.
Usage: As a member with 24-hour access, you may use our facility at any time. The building will not be staffed outside of our normal business hours (click here for Lebanon Hours and Landen Hours). There will be no YMCA staff available other than the hours listed. Usage during non-business hours is limited to two hours. No overnight stays, sleeping, or loitering are permitted.
Zero Tolerance Policy: With the addition of 24-hour access, the Countryside YMCA is adopting a Zero Tolerance Policy. If you are caught not abiding by the following YMCA Policies, your 24-hour access privileges will be revoked and no refunds will be given. These policies are in place for everyone’s safety and ability to enjoy the YMCA. Please note that this system will not protect you from harm in or on the building premises. Please use caution when entering and leaving the building. In the event of an emergency, immediately dial 911. The Fire Department and Police Department will be able to access the building during non-business hours.
Lebanon Available Areas: After YMCA Staff leave the building, only the Cardio Strength Center, Studio 3 and track will be available.The locker rooms are not available. The restrooms off the Cardio Strength Center will be available. All other areas will be locked and off limits.
Landen Available Areas: After YMCA Staff leave the building the Sauna’s will not be available for use. Staff areas will be locked and secured.
Key Fobs and Membership Cards: Only those members who have purchased a 24-hour access Key Fob will be allowed entry into the facility. You are required to scan your Key Fob before entering the building.
Guest Policy: Guests are only allowed in the building during regular business hours when a YMCA Staff member is on duty. No guests are allowed outside the times listed above. Guest fees are non-refundable. If you are caught bringing guests in the building after regular business hours, you will forfeit your 24-hour access privileges, and your key fob will be deactivated (with no refund issued).
Age Requirements: 24-hour access will be granted only to those members 18 and older. Each member using the facility must have his/her own key fob. Members under the age of 18 are not eligible for a key fob. Any person 18 and older MUST purchase his/her own key fob. Members violating this policy will lose 24-hour access privileges (with no refund issued).
