Since day one our mission has remained constant: to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We do that in a lot of ways including our chaplaincy program and prayer request submissions. By listening to people, providing spiritual guidance and prayer, the chaplains demonstrate Christ and his values to the YMCA community. And during this time of social distancing and "stay at home" mandates, if you would like some encouragement, please email us at YMCA chaplains and staff will do all we can to help.

A Historical Perspective of the YMCA's Christian Principles

To understand the mission of the Y,  we need to know what Christian principles are and we need to know how the YMCA puts those into practice. This video highlights the history of the Y as a cause-driven organization.

Women's Bible Study

Starting Thursday, March 10, one of our very own chaplains, Jami Rotello, will be leading a Women’s Bible Study open to all women, called “Freedom in Christ”. This is a 10 week study for new and mature Christians alike. All meetings will be on Thursdays from 4:30-6:00p. We will look at the essentials of the Christian faith… truths like our identity in Christ, how to follow Jesus and become free of things that hinder us, and how to give ourselves wholly to God. We would love for you to join us.
Contact: Jami Rotello at for more information.

Prayer Request
Prayers can also be texted to us at 3235-PRAYER.
