Since day one our mission has remained constant: to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We do that in a lot of ways including our our chaplaincy program and prayer request submissions. By listening to people, providing spiritual guidance and prayer, the chaplains demonstrate Christ and his values to the YMCA community. And during this time of social distancing and "stay at home" mandates, if you would like some encouragement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. YMCA staff and volunteers will do all we can to help.
Our CEO Chris Johnson was formerly on the pastorial staff at Antioch, Church in the Countryside YMCA. In this short video, Chris uses biblical insights that may help you face any doubts you are experiencing right now.
