Our member coaches specialize in helping you maximize your membership from the start. 

Getting Started

We will meet with you in three short meetings over the next 30 days. Some of these coaching sessions can even be done virtually, if you prefer.  Whether you are new to the Y, or you have been a member for years, we can help. This three step process that will give you the support, knowledge and useful tools you’ll need to achieve your goals and build meaningful realtionships here at the Countryside Y.

Step 1:

  • Meet with your dedicated member coach (daytime and evening times available)

  • Design a personalized 30 day fitness plan

  • Schedule a time to begin your journey!

Step 2:

  • Discuss how your plan is working and make necessary changes

  • 1st Free body composition analysis (optional)

  • Receive fitness equipment orientation (optional) 

Step 3:

  • Review your progress and make necessary changes to your plan

  • 2nd Free body composition analysis (optional)

  • Achieve your goals & Build meaningful relationships
