From group fitness classes, weight lifting, cardio equipment and personal training our Landen location has a variety of options currently available. We are also offering several fitness classes, including Cardio Mix, Muscle Max, and Zumba! We are gradually adding back more classes as we can do so safetly.

One of the great benefits of joining our Landen location is the number of free group fitness classes you can take including Barre, Zumba. STRONG by Zumba, Cycle Spin, Muscle Max, Bootcamp, and more! Why pay for a speciality boutique fitness studio and lock yourself into only one type of exercise when you can join here, and enjoy a variety of group fitness for no extra cost! 

Plus, you can now join Countryside YMCA | Landen for just $31/ month per adult. No age restrictions. No contracts. No kidding.
Have kids you want to include? No problem. It's just $15/ month per child, up to two children. There is no additional cost for more than two children from the same family to join.

Besides fitness, our Landen location has a 5-Star Rated Preschool on sight. You do not have to be a member to enroll your child in our preschool.
