Challenge Yourself
We hosts four main races at our Lebanon location every year. These races are a great way to challenge yourself no matter where you are in your fitness journey. In addition, all of these races are fundraisers for our community outreach in Warren County. Train for a race in as little as 8-10 weeks! Some members set goals to finish, others to beat their personal best, and our more competitive runners set goals to win. Whatever your goal is dedication to training for a race can help you get there faster.

Become Part of Something Bigger
Races are a very personal experience, but when you start running the race, everyone becomes part of a family. You may be competitive and want to win, but you’ll have respect for those next to you too. Many runners get to know other participants who run annual races, become friends and even train together over the years. If you’re looking for a high level of bonding, these races are a great place to start.
Indoor Triathlon
Our annual Indoor Triathlon is based on time, not distance – you will swim 10 minutes, bike 20 minutes, and run 15 minutes. This indoor race can help new triathletes gain confidence and challenge those who regularly exercise.
Enjoy an evening of excitement, encouragement and connection with fellow racers.

Kids Triathlon
Our annual Healthy Kids Triathlon is an amazing event to get kids moving and to give them the experience of a real triathlon!
Kids ages 6-14 will swim in our Olympic size outdoor pool, bike on the Countryside/Lebanon Bike Trail and run cross country on the Y’s outdoor fields and Nature Trail. Following the race the whole family will get to enjoy Skyline Chili, Ice Cream, Inflatables & Games.

When you join the Y, you’re not only joining an amazing organization that strengthens our community, but you’re also becoming part of a community of people dedicated to improving their health and well-being.
