The Y is a national leader in youth sports and out-of-school programming, with a proven track record of engaging, encouraging, and empowering kids through sports. We want all kids to have the opportunity to try out different sports and gain the self-confidence to reach their full potential. By focusing on learning the skills and teamwork needed to play sports, we inspire girls and boys to get active. Plus, friendships grow as kids play sports, encourage one another, and have fun together!
This Co-Ed Adult Futsol league will be for everyone. Whether you are new to soccer or have played your whole life, it is a good way to stay active with your friends. This 10-week league runs from September 5th through November 7th, Thursday nights 6-9p, and takes place on our new Outdoor Multi-Sports Court.
America's favorite pastime! It's important for kids to be involved in sports, and we want all kids to have the opportunity to try baseball which is why we offer three co-ed baseball league levels: tee-ball, coach pitch, and advanced coach pitch. All of our baseball leagues are co-ed to offer boys and girls the opportunity to join a local league. Co-ed Youth Baseball consists of 3 introductory levels for baseball skill development. Tee-Ball is for those players being introduced to baseball. Coach Pitch is for the experienced tee-ball player ready to learn additional skills. Coach pitch players will be introduced to having a ball pitched at the batter. Advanced Coach Pitch introduces players to more advanced drills for developing speed and accuracy. Players may play up an age bracket but not down. Practices and games will be one hour long. Practice will be on Tuesday nights between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Games will be on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm. Game times vary.
Basketball was invented at the YMCA, so there's no better place to learn! Our coed youth basketball leagues are designed to give players of all skill levels a place to participate. These are non-competitive co-ed leagues focused on perfecting individual skills and learning team skills. We emphasize equal playing time and fun through caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Players can play up an age bracket but not down. Players can request only one other person to be placed on their team–siblings are automatically placed on a team together. The coach will set one practice per week. Please note if there is a day you cannot practice on the registration form. Practices will be half-court only. Practice and games will be one hour long. Game times may vary.

One of our most popular local sports leagues, we have basketball leagues for players of all skill levels. We have a men’s basketball league for all players 18 or older and leagues for players under the age of 18. Members and non-members can join each league as long as there’s room on the roster.
Flag football is a coed recreational league that teaches the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, non-competitive environment. We emphasize equal playing time and fun through caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. This spring, we have offerings for 3 age brackets:
Players may play up an age bracket, but not down. Players may request only one other player to be placed on their team, siblings are automatically placed together. Games are played rain or shine. A mouth guard is required for practice and games; no pads. Game times may vary.
This Co-ed pickleball league for ages 18 and up will be for beginner and intermediate/advanced players, based on your own self-rating. Pickleball is the most fun when similarly skilled players play together and compete against each other. Unfortunately, in rec play that doesn’t always happen. Think of a pickleball “ladder” as a graphical representation of a player’s ranking (by performance) over a period of 8 weeks you will move up or down the ladder based on wins and losses.
Candy League and Advanced Candy League co-ed indoor soccer leagues for boys and girls ages 4 through 7. In this sweet introduction to soccer, each team is named after a different kind of candy. Teams will have a maximum of 8 players with 3 on the field at a time. Shin guards and soccer socks are required; no outdoor cleats are permitted. Games will be one-hour on Saturdays between 9 am and 1 pm in the turf gym.

We've teamed up with Lebanon Warriors SAY Soccer to give local kids the opportunity to learn soccer in a positive and supportive environment! They use a proven curriculum developed over the past 26 years by the Soccer Association for Youth (SAY) to train both players and coaches. All practices and home games will be at the Countryside YMCA soccer fields. The fall season runs from August to October.
Joining a sports league means committing to attending practices, games, and other events. Children learn discipline and commitment by showing up and being held accountable for their actions.
