September 14th–November 2nd Thursdays 9:00am–10:30am in The Henkle Board Room 1

When a loved one dies, it can seem like life will never be normal again. The world can become a blur of flowers, relatives, cards, and well-meaning visitors. This 7-week study will guide participants through the grieving process with others who are experiencing the loss of a loved one.

Quote from past participant, "I would like to acknowledge my sincere thanks and gratitude for the Grief group at the Y. The class is judgement free, compassionate and caring. Students feel supported, understood and valued. The class provides tools to support the participants in their grief process. I am honored to be part of this group."
