We hosts four main races at our Lebanon location every year. These races are a great way to challenge yourself no matter where you are in your fitness journey. In addition, all of these races are fundraisers for our community outreach in Warren County. Train for a race in as little as 8-10 weeks! Some members set goals to finish, others to beat their personal best, and our more competitive runners set goals to win. Whatever your goal is dedication to training for a race can help you get there faster.
Races are a very personal experience, but when you start running the race, everyone becomes part of a family. You may be competitive and want to win, but you'll have respect for those next to you too. Many runners get to know other participants who run annual races, become friends and even train together over the years. If you're looking for a high level of bonding, these races are a great place to start.
