You know those black and yellow straps you see hanging in some of our fitness studios? That's TRX! Created by a Navy SEAL, TRX is a full-body strength workout that uses your own body weight and gravity as resistance to make your workouts more challenging. You use the straps as handholds or footholds, and then complete exercise like planks, pushups, and squats. A trained instructor will lead the class and can help you increase or decrease the intensity and adjust to your personal ability.
