The YMCA offers personal, one-on-one fitness training with a qualified and certified personal trainer. If you are looking for consistent accountability we suggest our Monthly Personal Training Subscription which is our best value! We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute training sessions, with options of 1x/week, 2x/week, or 3x/week depending on your goals. This subscription is billed monthly on the 1st, and does not require a contract. If you are looking for flexibility we also offer a variety of Personal Training packages ranging from 2-40 sessions, 30 minute each that can be used anytime within a year of the purchase date.

For personal training at Landen, call Jason Williams at 513 583 5580. In addition to personal training, we also have group training, water fit personal training, and you can add nutrition counseling!
