The YMCA offers personal, one-on-one fitness training with a qualified and certified personal trainer. If you are looking for consistent accountability, we suggest our Monthly Personal Training Subscription, which is our best value! We offer both 30-minute and 60-minute training sessions, with options of 1x/week, 2x/week, or 3x/week, depending on your goals. This subscription is billed monthly on the 1st, and does not require a contract. If you are looking for flexibility, we also offer a variety of Personal Training packages ranging from 2-40 sessions, 30 minutes each, that can be used anytime within a year of the purchase date.

In addition to personal training, we also have group training, water fit personal training, and you can add nutrition counseling!

All Countryside YMCA  personal trainers are certified and have undergone training in nutrition and exercise. Pilates Reformer (Individual & Duet)

Increase your core strength, flexibility, and endurance with workouts on the Pilates Reformer. Workouts focus on controlled movements, exercises are low-impact, and are modified according to personal flexibility and strength limitations. Trainers are available for individual (one-on-one) or duet (with two clients) sessions.

Brain Health Personal Training

This training includes both physical and cognitive exercises for individuals of all abilities ages 35+. This session is perfect for the person who is experiencing cognitive decline or wants to be proactive in slowing or preventing cognitive decline. Exercises will include weights, cardio, and multi tasking exercises.
