Let's Stay Healthy Together

We remain in this fight against COVID together! As we head into fall and winter, we want to assure you that we are continuing to do everything possible to provide a safe place for our members. We do these things because we care about the health and well-being of our members and our community. Working together we can help to stop the spread of COVID.

Follow these guidelines when you come to the Y

  • Do a healthy self-check before you leave home and stay home if you are ill or you have symptoms of COVID.

  • Notify the Y if you have been exposed to COVID or if it’s possible you exposed others at the Y so that we can do appropriate contract tracing to help stop the spread of COVID.

  • Stay home and do not come to the Y if you are under isolation or quarantine. Once your isolation or quarantine is complete, you are welcome back!

  • Children who are in kindergarten and older must wear masks while in child watch or child care programs run by Countryside YMCA. This policy is in place through September at which time it will be reevaluated to determine if the policy is still necessary to prevent the spread of COVID.

We're continuing to do our part

  • We are cleaning and disinfecting the facility regularly, and we provide cleaning supplies to members to use on equipment after every use.

  • We have Puradigm air filters in the CSC and in studios at Lebanon.

  • We encourage handwashing and provide hand sanitizer stations throughout the building.

  • We’ve moved some fitness equipment and classes outdoors.

  • All fitness equipment remains spaced based on physical distance guidelines.

  • Our child watch and child care staff must wear masks while working. This policy is in place through September at which time it will be reevaluated to determine if the policy is still necessary to prevent the spread of COVID.
