YMCA Membership Options

When you join the Y, you're not only joining an amazing organization that strengthens our community, but you're also becoming part of a community of people dedicated to improving their health and well-being.

• Lebanon 

  When you join Countryside YMCA | Lebanon, you’ll gain access to our 230,000 sq. ft. facility, built on 126 acres of land, and all that our facility has to offer. In fact, you’ll gain access to both of our Lebanon and Landen locations

• Landen 

  You can join the Countryside YMCA | Landen location exclusively for $32.25/ month per adult. 

• Otterbein 

  Countryside YMCA | Lebanon members can add access to our Otterbein location for an additional $10/month.

	YOUNG ADULT	Age 16-29  Start-up fee: $0.00  Monthly bank draft including tax: $47.85
	1 ADULT	Age 30 or older Start-up fee: $50.00 Monthly bank draft including tax: $76.95
	2 ADULTS	Two adults, age 18 or older Start-up fee: $80.00 Monthly bank draft including tax: $100.65
	1 ADULT + DEPENDENTS	Adult and dependent children. Start-up fee: $50.00  Monthly bank draft including tax: $103.80
	2 ADULTS + DEPENDENTS	Any two adults living in the same household with dependent children 21 or under.  Start-up fee: $80.00 Monthly bank draft including tax: $111.80
	3 ADULTS + DEPENDENTS	Any three adults living in the same household with dependent children 21 or under.  Start-up fee: $80.00 Monthly bank draft including tax: $131.80
	4 ADULTS + DEPENDENTS	Any four adults living in the same household with dependent children 21 or under.  Start-up fee: $80.00  Monthly bank draft including tax: $151.80
	SENIOR ADULT	Age 60 or older  Start-up fee: $50.00 Monthly bank draft including tax: $69.25
	SENIOR FAMILY	2 Adults living in the same household with one person 60 or older and any dependent children 21 or under.  Start-up fee: $80.00 Monthly bank draft including tax: $100.65
	PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP	A Program Membership is for those who want to enroll in a particular class or program, such as swim lessons, youth sports, or dance lessons, and do not wish to have full access to the YMCA facility. General usage of the YMCA facility is not included. An annual fee is required for a Program Membership. Additional fees apply per class or program. If you purchase a program membership online, you must come in to have your id card(s) made. Adult Program Membership $40 (including tax) Family Program Membership $50 (including tax:). 	LANDEN MEMBERSHIP	You can join the Countryside YMCA | Landen location exclusively for $32.25/ month per adult.  It is an additional $15/ month per child, up to two children. There is no additional cost for more than two children from the same family to join on a Landen membership. Learn more here.

Take A Tour

Stop by any of our Y locations for a tour, or take a virtual tour of our Lebanon or Landen facilities. Tour guides are available whenever the Y is open, so appointments are not required.

At Countryside YMCA, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a membership at the Y. We have several ways that can help you better afford our membership. Learn more about ways to save on your membership and how to earn free months of membership, too!

The YMCA welcomes all who wish to participate and believes that no one should be denied access to the Y based on their ability to pay. We offer rate adjustments based on income and family size on a sliding scale to ensure funds are given in a fair and consistent manner. Every YMCA member receives the same membership benefits, regardless of whether or not they receive financial assistance. Call the Y to schedule an appointment at 513 932 1424 ext. 184.
