This Y is a place like no other.

With options to get involved in sports, swim, fitness, and arts your family can achieve balanced, healthy living at the Y.  Connect with others who have similar interests and enjoy being part of the Y community.

We’ve updated our cleaning procedures, restructured classes and rearranged equipment according to state guidelines so when you’re ready, you can feel safe at the Y.

If you have decreased your activity during this pandemic, you aren't alone. But here at the Y we’ve been busy providing opportunities for members to stay active, helping them to reduce stress and improve fitness. If you are ready to get back in motion, the Y is ready for you! 

  • We have lots of cardio classes to choose from and they've all been restructured to meet COVID-19 safety guidelines.  Not ready for a class? That’s ok. Our cardio equipment has been placed apart for social distancing. 

  • We have free weights and strength training options. All machines are cleaned after every use, and members can clean the equipment themselves, if desired. 

  • We know flexibility is important at all ages, and our stretching classes and yoga help with mobility, flexibility, and even relaxation.

  • You can connect with other people at the Y and that sense of community can reduce feelings of isolation and remind you that friendships make life better.

Get Out of the House for Family Fun and Fitness

If your family togetherness time needs a refresh, consider the Y as a new place for the whole family to hang out. From child watch to the Motion Zone, from basketball to climbing, from swimming to Ninja training, we have hundreds of activities that don't involve screens. Come on in! We’re ready for you!  

  • Splash into our indoor Family Aquatic Center! With fun, interactive water features, a slide and even lap lanes this recreational swim spot is perfect for a few hours of fun!

  • Exer-gaming is all the rage with youth who want to combine activity and electronics. Let them spend a few hours in our Motion Zone and get moving!

  • Team up with your family and play basketball, golf, or climb! Set goals and reward yourselves for clocking some active togetherness time.

  • Train to become Ninja Warriors! That's right - sign up for classes using our new Ninja Training course and bring out the ninja warriors in your family!
