4:00pm–5:30pm: Tent & Camp Setup
Please bring your own tent, sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows. Volunteers will be available to help move gear from the gate at the back right corner of the building to the campsite near the Camp Discover Shelter. Please park in the Lower Level Parking Lot. Outdoor restrooms will be available. Late arrivals are welcome, but please allow time to set up your tent before sunset.
5:30pm–6:30pm: Games & Nature Activities
Spend time exploring the Nature Trail as a family, playing yard games, and enjoying hands-on nature activities. Our goal is to provide a relaxed environment where families can connect, explore, and have fun together outdoors.
6:30pm–7:30pm: Dinner & Campfire Time
Enjoy dinner together at the campsite before gathering around the fire. Dinner will be provided. We are unable to accommodate special dietary needs for this event, so you are welcome to bring your own meal if needed. Please keep all food stored properly and dispose of trash to help keep our nature area safe for everyone. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.
8:00pm: Guided Night Hike & S’mores
After sunset, join us for a guided night hike on the Nature Trail. Please wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a flashlight or headlamp. After the hike, we will return to camp for s’mores by the fire.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
7:00am–10:00am Sunday: Breakfast & Camp Clean-Up
Start the morning with a light breakfast and time to relax before packing up camp. Volunteers will be available to help transport gear back to vehicles. We encourage families to enjoy the morning outdoors before heading home.
