Half Marathon Training 

July 18 - October 10, 2018
Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm & Saturday at 7:00am

Our Half Marathon training program is getting ready to begin, just in time for you to participate in all the local fall races. Our training/accountability program is tailor-made for you to take your 5k experience up a notch and help to achieve your half-marathon goal! Have you already run a Half-Marathon? Our program can help you shave off time as well! Meeting together with our group twice a week will help reach your goals and help you stay on track.Training with a group will keep you accountable as well as introduce you to like minded people sharing a similar fitness journey. Running for a total of 12 weeks, our Half-Marathon training program is led by a personal trainer with over 10 years of competitive running experience including the Boston Marathon and Ultra Marathons. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and free entry into the Applefest 10k of 15k race in September. For ages 13 and older.
