Annual Fundraisers

We hosts 2 major fundraisers a Gala & Online Auction at The Manor House and a Golf Outing at The Grizzly in Mason, Ohio. And in 2024 we hosted our very first Pickleball Tournament & Fundraiser. Proceeds from these events benefit the Countryside YMCA Annual Campaign which provides essential outreach programs in Warren County.

Gala & Online Auction

Last Friday in February

Our annual Gala and Auction at the Manor House in Mason. A night filled with food, fun, and dancing.

There are many ways you can help support our Annual Campaign. You can attend this event, donate an auction item, become a sponsor, volunteer, or bid on auction items from home!

Golf Outing

Third Wednesday in September

Taking place at the beautiful Grizzly course in Mason Ohio, we will start the afternoon with a great lunch, then head out for a spectacular round of golf.

Our Annual Golf Outing has provided an amazing opportunity for our community to come together and raise funds for our Annual Campaign.

Battle of the Paddle

Weekend before Gala in February

This Double Elimination Pickleball Tournament and FUNdraiser brings out the competitive side in everyone!

Teams of two play Friday evening or Saturday during the day, if they continue to win they will continue to play Saturday afternoon and possibly Sunday afternoon.

Run For A Cause

We hosts four main races at our Lebanon location every year. All of these races are fundraisers for the Countryside YMCA Annual Campaign which provides essential outreach programs in Warren County.

Indoor Triathlon

Last Saturday in January

Our annual Indoor Triathlon is based on time, not distance – you will swim 10 minutes, bike 20 minutes, and run 15 minutes. This indoor race can help new triathletes gain confidence and challenge those who regularly exercise.

Enjoy an evening of excitement, encouragement and connection with fellow racers.

Kids Triathlon

Third Saturday in August

Our annual Healthy Kids Triathlon is an amazing event to get kids moving and to give them the experience of a real triathlon!

Kids ages 6-14 will swim in our Olympic size outdoor pool, bike on the Countryside/Lebanon Bike Trail and run cross country on the Y’s outdoor fields and Nature Trail. Following the race the whole family will get to enjoy Skyline Chili, Ice Cream, Inflatables & Games.

Applefest 5K/10K/15K

The Saturday of Lebanon’s Applefest in August

Our annual Applefest 10k/15k run and 5k run/walk are a part of the Lebanon, Ohio Applefest held each year. The 5k is mostly a flat paved route  perfect for strollers or first time 5k participants. The 10k and 15k routes go further out on the bike trail making them good routes for both novis and competitive runners.

Your participation in the Applefest Run helps fund LiveSTRONG® at the YMCA, which is a free program for adult cancer survivors.

PATRIOT RUN 5K & TRAIL RUN

First Saturday in November

Choose just one or do them both! 5K Road Race & 5K Trail Run. The Trail run takes place on our Hewett P. Mulford Nature Trail. Participants can expect a mix of flat ground, small hills, uneven terrain, creeks, and optional obstacle courses.

Your participation in the Patriot Run helps fund Veterans Coonect at the YMCA, which is a free program for veterans in Warren County.

The Young Men's Christian Association

The mission of the YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

We bring that mission to life by identifying the needs of the community and then finding ways we can meet those needs.
