Se connecter, naviguer et réserver des cours

Make fitness class reservations quick and easy with the YMCA360 app on your smartphone. Download the YMCA360 app, log in/create a new account with the email associated with your membership account. Once logged in, Click ‘Schedules’, then select ‘Group Fitness’ or ‘Water Fitness’. Go to ‘All’ tab to browse and book classes. Filter by location or fitness level to narrow search. To book a class, tap the ‘Reserve’ option. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do that by tapping ‘Cancel Reservation’ under ‘My schedule’.

*Our main entrance at Lebanon location (middle gate) is having intermittent check-in issues. Even if your barcode scans please check your app to confirm you were awarded a check-in point before leaving. If you did not get a point for scanning in we suggest you scan in at the north entry to guarantee you get your point for scanning in that day. We have opened a ticket with out IT guy and hope to have this issue resolved soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Members must have the GPS or Location settings turned on for the app on their device and should open the app once inside the branch and scan the barcode from the app to earn check-in points. You will NOT earn points by using the barcode from a screenshot, Apple wallet, or Apple watch. (NOTE: We recommend not opening your barcode until you are physically inside our building so that your device updates your location accurately and points can be awarded for checking in. Check-in points are only awarded if your device registers that your location is physically on our property. We highly recommend you close the app and reopen it once you’re in our building and then navigate to your barcode to ensure accurate location services on your device.)

You are not eligible to receive check-in points for checking in at other YMCA locations. You will only receive points for checking in at the Countryside YMCA and it’s affiliated locations (Lebanon, Landen, Otterbein).

Yes, when you log in to the app, you will be able to access the barcode for yourself and any members that are on yours account (in your family unit) and does NOT have an individual email address. For example: two parents have their own email addresses, but the three children do not have emails. The primary person on the account will see their barcode, as well as the children while the other parent will just see themselves.

Yes, you can select whatever branch you would like during the login process. If you’ve selected the wrong home branch, log out and log back in going through that same branch search process again, this time selecting the correct branch. (Note: The schedules will automatically filter to that branch’s schedule. Members can filter by location, category and instructor.)

Chances are that you’re trying to sign in using an email address that the YMCA does not have on file or your email address on file was inaccurately captured. If this happens, you should contact the Countryside YMCA Front Desk or Welcome Center to update/ verify your email address.

Members can track activities two ways. The first would be through your connected wearable device which happens through integrations with Apple Health and Google Health Connect. You can add a connected device/wearable to YMCA 360 and your workout data will be collected. If you have another product (Fitbit, Garmin, etc.), and that device can be connected to Apple Health or Google Health Connect, then the data from your wearable will get pushed to YMCA 360. The second way you can track activities is through a manual workout input under the “Activity” tab. You can enter the date/time, workout type (these are preset from Apple and Google), duration, and distance. All your workouts will show up on your activity page including their point value.

YMCA360 videos cannot be downloaded. YMCA360 is available wherever you are with an internet connection.

The first time you log in on a new device, YMCA360 is going to authenticate your access to the email address that you used to sign-in. This is done by sending an email with a six-digit code to that email address. Please check your email to find the code that you can enter.

No, you will only be asked for that code if you log on using a different device or following periodic app updates.

Yes, points will begin to expire after 35 months.

On the home screen of the app, click on the purple box that says “My Points”. Then click on “Rewards” in the blue area of the screen. You should see our Rewards Library with all the possible prizes you can earn. As you earn points and accumulate enough points to redeem for prizes, the blue box under each prize will change from “More Info” to “Redeem”. When you’re ready to redeem points for prizes, click “Redeem” on the prize you want to redeem and follow the instructions. You will be notified when your prize is ready for pick up at the Front Desk. (Note: The point value of the prize you redeem will be deducted from your point total. For example, if you have a total of 150 points and you redeem a prize worth 100 points, your new point total would be 50 points.)

No. Generally we cannot award missed points for various challenges and/or technical issues. 

With that in mind, we recommend that if you notice a point issue on your app, contact us right away so that we can give you the best support to correct the error and minimize missed points. 

YES! Each challenge will list the dates the challenge is active for, the target goal for the total challenge along with any daily limits on workouts, and lastly what workout types are eligible/ count toward that challenge. 

The daily limit means that you can log more than the limit, but anything beyond that limit won’t “count” toward the challenge. For example, our Walking Challenge has a overall goal of 500 miles walked in 2026. The daily limit for miles walked is 5. If you record 7 miles walked in a day, only 5 of those miles will count toward the challenge. 

 

Additionally, each of our daily point earning activities also have limits. For example, you can only earn 1 point per day for using your digital barcode to scan into our facility. These limits are listed under “My Points” and then click “Get Points”.
