Countryside YMCA Lower-Level Entry for parking, registration, and refreshments

🏃 What to Expect
Two exciting options: choose the fast, flat road course with sidewalk and bike-trail sections, or the scenic, moderately challenging trail route through the familiar nature trail. Great for all fitness levels, families, and outdoor enthusiasts. Kids 5 & under are free; walkers welcome!

💵 Registration & Pricing

Early bird: Get $10 off by registering by October 1

Adults (17+): $40 for one race or $70 for both

Youth (ages 6–16): $20

Children 5 & under: free entry

All participants receive a shirt and commemorative prize (road = Army medallion; trail = challenge coin) when registering by October 18

🥇 Awards & Extras
Finish your chosen route to claim your medallion or coin, earn a race shirt, and enjoy post-race refreshments in the Y’s lower-level gym. Volunteers will hand out medals and cheer you on!

🎗️ Why It Matters
Proceeds support the Veterans Connect program. For every 10 registrations, a local veteran receives a 12-week fitness support package through the Y—complete with nutritional counseling, mental health resources, social connection, and no membership required.
