Healthy Family Day

We invite everyone to come to the Y to celebrate Valentine’s Day & healthy hearts! You do not need to be a member to participate in this FREE event. Try some YMCA activities, visit with vendors, and gain insights about how to monitor and track your health with Premier Health.

Valentine’s Day is about love – and what better way to show love than by nurturing healthy hearts, strong families, and connected communities.The fun kicks off at 10am and offers free fitness, fun games, snacks, giveaways. Please enter through our Lower Level Entrance on the north/right side of our building just past Premier Health’s entrance.

YMCA Activities, Giveaways, & Prizes include:

• All-Star 3-Point Contest Ages 6+ (includes participation and grand prizes) Located in the Lower Level Gym
• Face Painting for all ages. Located in the lower level hallway
• Valentines Crafts & Cards for all ages. Located in the Party Room in the lower level
• Family Dance Party for all ages. Located in the Lower Level Studio.
• Summit Rock Climbing Wall Ages 6+
• Family Play Gym “Block Room” Ages 6 and under
• Motion Zone (Ages 7-13)
• InBody Assessments ($40 value) Located in the Member Coaching Office in the main hallway
• Veteran’s Connect Fitness Challenge (Chance to Win a Medal) Located in the main hallway
• 1 Grand Prize winner of a $700 Personal Training Package at Countryside YMCA and a chance of winning 20+ different raffle prizes from our vendors ($25+ value each). *To enter to win you must attend this free event and turn in your completed passport at Atrium Medical Center located in the lower level of Countryside Y.

• Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy: our PT’s will be available to answer questions related to Pelvic Floor Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Therapeutic Neuroscience for a treatment approach for chronic pain, Aquatic Therapy, Dry Needling, Running Evaluations, Direct Access to PT, and Ask A PT for your aches and pains.
