Disaster Relief Interest Meeting | Powered by Hope Force International

When disaster strikes, communities need more than supplies—they need people ready to respond with compassion, skill, and courage.

Through a partnership with Hope Force International, the Countryside YMCA is creating a meaningful pathway for members to become trained disaster responders. This interest meeting is the first step in learning how you can serve neighbors in their greatest time of need—locally and across the country.

At this session, you will:

• Learn about Hope Force International and its disaster response mission
• Understand how the YMCA supports disaster relief efforts within our community
• Explore the role of trained volunteers in disaster response and recovery
• Receive details about the required training and next steps

Important Training Information:
Participation as a disaster responder requires completion of an in-person training:
