Get certified and gain the confidence to respond in an emergency.
The YMCA’s Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course—offered in partnership with the American Red Cross—prepares participants to recognize and respond to breathing, cardiac, and first aid emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.
This course uses a blended learning format, combining online coursework with an in-person skills session led by a certified instructor.
Important:
Participants must complete approximately 3 hours of online learning prior to attending the in-person session. A unique email address is required for each participant to receive course access.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 2-year digital certification that meets OSHA workplace requirements.
