Find Your Reason to Give
The true power of the Y is in the hearts and actions of every neighbor who believes in our vision of a stronger community for all. Thanks to the generosity of our members, volunteers and donors, we are able to provide lifesaving swimming lessons, a safe, nurturing space for kids to learn and grow during out of school time, and outreach to families and individuals who are feeling isolated.
The Y has been strengthening communities for 179 years! The YMCA was founded as the Young Men’s Christian Association in London England on June 6, 1844 by George Williams and 11 of his friends. The Y started because a young person discovered their reason why.
Hourly Club
Our donors are the lifeblood of our organization, providing the resources we need to fulfill our mission. Together, we ensure everyone in Warren County regardless of their age, income or background, can reach their full potential.
The Hourly Club honors staff who generously donate the equivalent of one hour per pay period back to our community outreach. The Hourly Club allows all employees, from the CEO to part-time staff, to donate an equal percentage of their paychecks.

The positive impact that the YMCA mission has had on these lives is impossible to measure, but these endless possibilities for good is what will inspire us to continue to serve our community for generations to come.
