Improve your overall sports performance by training with our certified trainers. Participants will improve their strength, speed, flexibility and overall athletic performance. Training sessions run twice per week on our 8-week and 5-week session cycles. Each participant will receive a customized workout plan and a Countryside YMCA Sports Performance Academy t-shirt. Ages 14+
