Choose just one or do them all. 5K Road Race, 5K Trail Run, & FREE Kids Obstacle Course (8-14 years old). We will also have Food Trucks (Dunkers & Beans, & Roll On In) at the event, and 10% of sales will support Veteran outreach programs.

Race registration includes a shirt and a Marine Corps medallion (must register by October 18 to guarantee) 

No registration required for Kids Obstacle Course (8-14 year olds). This course is free with a paid registration. All kids who complete the course receive a medallion & goodie bag

How will race proceeds benefit the Y?

All proceeds benefit Countryside YMCA's Veterans Connect program and Honor Flight Tri-State supported by the Mason Marine Corps League community outreach. Help us serve and connect more veterans in Warren County by participating, volunteering, or sponsoring this unique event.

For every 10 registrations we can sponsor a veteran in Warren County to participate in a 12 week program, that meets twice a week at the Y to focus on age-appropriate fitness, nutrition (meals included), mental health resources, and connection. Any veteran, any age is welcome (you do not have to be a member of the Y to participate in this program.)

Day of Registration & Packet Pick-Up from 7:00am-7:45am

5K Road Race starts at 8:00am

5K Trail Run starts at 8:15am

 

Event-day registration starts at 7:00am.
Each participant will receive timer chip with a number.
All participants must sign a waiver at registration.

5K trail walk/run departs from the Outdoor Pool Pavilion to the Hewett P. Mulford Nature Trail at the Countryside YMCA. PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT A MIX OF FLAT GROUND, SMALL HILLS,UNEVEN TERRAIN AND CREEKS.

All participants in either race or the kids obstacle course will receive a limited edition medallion with this year's featured branch of service (this year: The United States Marine Corps) and goodie bag. 

This event would not be possible without volunteers.  If you would like to volunteer to help, we would be glad to have your assistance.
