All racers will start at 8:00am Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Aquatic Camp Shelter.  Racers will have exactly 24 hours to complete their chosen distance. Race cut off will be exactly 8:00am Sunday, June 27 2021.

All racers who officially start the race and complete one lap will receive their The Forge Trail Ultra shirt.

This race will be largely self supported with a few surprises at the two mile marker throughout the 24 hour period. There will be an area for racers to store gear, supplies and a tent if needed for recovery/rest. Bring all calories/hydration you think you will need to complete your chosen distance. There will be a hydro pack refill station at the two mile mark. IF you expect to be running through the night you are required to bring and wear a headlamp.

Headlamps are REQUIRED from dusk until dawn during the race. The trail will be marked by racer tape and glow sticks at night but will not be enough to go without a headlamp. Racers must show support staff a working headlamp prior to start of race to receive their wrist band. You will not be permitted to start the race without a working headlamp.

You may register as an individual or form a relay team. There is no max/min amount of distance each team member has to complete, that decision is up to the team. Individuals must complete each level on their own and may not add a team member past Friday, June 25, 2021, 5:00pm. All team members must be present at check in, but may come and go if not on trail. Markings on team wrist bands will be added together to make up the needed distance for each level.

All racers will have a specific color wrist band based on the run distance chosen. Laps will be marked on wrist band at the two mile mark by support staff (13 marks for 26.2M, 25 marks for 50M, etc.) . If you do not stop for marking, and continue past the support staff, we will not count that lap to your total. DO NOT SKIP THE SUPPORT STAFF.
