We might all be social distancing right now, but the Y's personal trainers don't want you to be distancing from active, healthy living. Exercise is proven to reduce stress and improve moods. We believe in that so much we've created some personal training videos to keep your strength training going.

If you are interested in personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier, consider our training packages. Our one-on-one training and education means you get customized workouts with a qualified and certified personal trainer. In addition to personal training, we also have group training, waterfit personal training, and you can add nutrition counseling!    

This progressive group personal training program connects friends with similar fitness levels as participants progress through three levels of training. Training focuses on flexibility, cardio, core strength, balance and resistance. Maximum of 8 participants per group.

Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand with creating a healthy lifestyle. If you’ve been working on increasing your fitness, don’t overlook the value of changing your eating habits, too. You can bundle nutritional counseling with any personal training package. Nutritional counseling sessions are held at our Lebanon location with Carrie C Linter, Registered and Licensed Dietitian. 

Here are the reduced rates for nutritional counseling, when you bundle it with personal training:  

Package 1: One hour (for intake) and two half-hour follow up sessions. $90.00
Package 2: One hour (for intake) and four half-hour follow up sessions. $120.00
