Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history. There are various styles of yoga based on combinations of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga can be practiced and enjoyed by all ages, toddlers to seniors. These video are for all levels and based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of yoga. Dynamic strength and balance building poses are coupled with vinyasas and breath to create an engaging and fluid rhythm. Each class follows the same pattern with different poses woven in-between core foundational poses that are practiced every class. This style of class empowers regular students to progress in their asanas and also reap the benefits of the body meditation aspect of the practice as well.
