Get great exercise and have fun with water fitness at the Countryside YMCA pool! From our low-impact workouts to our high-intensity cardio workouts, we love using water to increase fitness levels! Our classes are taught by certified instructors who can give personalized attention because most classes have less than 10 students.
Water Fitness Classes can help to improve joint flexibility, range of motion, motor skills, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle strength. It's a great fitness activity, and just about anybody can participate. Many people can benefit from aquatics lessons at the Countryside YMCA pool, including people who are elderly, overweight, recovering from an injury, or dealing with arthritis. As with all fitness programs, be sure to get your doctor’s OK before beginning.
