From start to finish this 8-week class will get you through your first (or next!) triathlon. The class will focus on all three disciplines of a triathlon: swim, bike, and run. You'll receive customized training plans to prepare for a triathlon with tips to improve your form, speed and overall performance. In addition, you'll learn about transition, packing lists, diet and much more to help prepare for your triathlon and to improve your fitness level. New and experienced swimmers welcomed! No bike needed as the class will meet in spin studio.  This triathlon training will happen on Sundays from January 12-  March 1, 2020 at Countryside YMCA | Lebanon.
