Whether you've never thrown a punch, or you've been boxing for years, this full-body kickboxing circuit workout is for you! A trainer will lead you through various exercises and boxing drills to ensure you have a good workout that lasts for 30 minutes. With specified muscle programming, the results you’re looking for are just a punch away!  There will always be a trainer in the room to both assist with form and to help you get the absolute most out of your workout.

You can sign up for the class on the MyZone app to secure your spot, and you are more than welcome to bring your own gloves and hand wraps too. If you don’t have any of your own, we will provide some for you. There will be one person per station, and a boxing timer will sound when it's time for the next round to begin and you can jump in with the guidance of the trainer.The trainer will lead you through each exercise and drill, ensuring proper form and is willing and able to make adjustments as necessary.

With a high energy mix of music to motivate you and a variety of boxing drills to keep you moving, this is a cardio and strength circuit that will benefit anybody willing to try it!
