Countryside YMCA has partnered with CrossFit Superfly to provide a core strength and conditioning program designed to elicit as broad of an adaptation response as possible. This isn't a specialized fitness program: it's a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten areas:

When: Mon-Fri 5am, 6am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (except Wed and Fri) Sat 9am. All classes are 1 hour.

How: CY members must show their membership card at entry of Crossfit Superfly.

Pricing: CY members must present their Flex Card (5 or 20 punch) - 2 punches to participate in a 1 hour class.

CrossFit Superfly began with a group of friends in a  garage with a tree stump and a couple of space heaters. As they evolved into a full-fledged gym, their original intent remains: to improve people's lives through fitness. Using the CrossFit methodology, which involved constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity, they help people become better at life. Their goal is to train better moms, dads, friends, employees, students, and ultimately athletes.
