Countryside YMCA offers high-quality facilities for all occasions; Meetings, Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Retirement, Lock-ins and other Social Occasions.
Conference/Meeting room reservations at Countryside YMCA are simple and economical. We offer a variety of spaces for people to come together to share coffee, lunch, or gather for meetings and events. You can reserve venues for small gatherings of six to ten people up to gatherings for groups as large as 350.
Begin planning your event by filling out the online Facility Rentals request form. Once your online request form is submitted, our Events Coordinator, Kristen Gadzala, will contact you for additional information to customize your event.
Our Event & Conference Center is 6,000 square feet of usable space that can be divided into rooms ranging from 1,000-3,000 square feet. Depending on the configuration, this space can hold anywhere from 20 to 350 people. The space can be set up in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs. The rental fee includes tables and chairs as well as set up and tear down. For a small fee we can also provide table coverings, or you can bring your own. The Event Center has a bulit in state of the art audio visual system with large drop down screens for viewing from all areas of the space. For you guests, the Event Center is easy to access through a separate event entrance with convenient parking.

The Henkle Board Room located on the lower level holds approximately 30 people. There is a whiteboard in this room. 6 tables and 22 chairs can be configured as needed.
The Henkle 1 meeting room holds approximately 25 people comfortably. It also has a whiteboard.
The Henkle 2 meeting room holds approximately 25 people comfortably. The room also has an AV system with a drop down screen and a whiteboard. We can also provide a 6ft HDMI cord if needed.
The Stolle Center Activity Rom is a private room located on our main level off the Stolle Center. This room seats up to 30 people comfortably and differs from other meeting room because it's set up like a living room with couches and a large Smart TV that can easily connect to your laptop.
Enjoy 90 minutes in the Party Room with no YMCA staff or decorations. You may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the party, and have 30 afterward to clean, for a total of a 3 hour room rental. Renter is responsible for returning room to original configuration/cleanliness or $50 cleaning fee will be assessed.

What would it be like to sleep in the Y? Countryside YMCA is the perfect venue to have a good old-fashioned lock-in with modern day facilities. An overnight lock-in is ideal for church youth groups, sports teams, scouting, and after-prom events. With available space for up to 750 participants, there's room for everyone to have fun. Choose your all night fun; swimming, rock climbing, basketball, dodge ball, soccer, volleyball! Overnight lock-ins are customized for your group!
