Traditional holiday gatherings help us feel connected, and more than ever the Y wants to provide ways for our community to gather safely during this pandemic. We know that to adhere to CDC advice for social distancing you may need a larger space to host your gathering. We’re offering special pricing on several of our rental spaces to help friends and families stay connected in safe, healthy ways this holiday season.
Whether your gathering is large or small, family or co-workers, carry-in, catered, or home cooked, we have a suitable rental space for you.
Our Event & Conference Center is 6,000 square feet of usable space that can be divided into rooms ranging from 1,000-3,000 square feet. Depending on the configuration, and based on CDC social distancing guidelines, this center can hold anywhere from 20 to 125 people. The Event Center is accessible through a separate entrance with convenient parking.
The space can be set up in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs. The rental fee includes tables and chairs, set up and tear down, and disinfecting before and after each event. For a small fee we can also provide table coverings, or you can bring your own. The Event Center has a built in state of the art audio visual system with large drop down screens for viewing from all areas of the space.
December 1 we decorate our Event Center for the holidays with several Christmas trees. All rentals after December 1 include this décor at no additional cost.

Our Maineville location, previously a church, includes two large rooms – the former sanctuary and fellowship hall - totaling roughly 3000 square feet of usable space. Depending on the configuration, and based on CDC social distancing guidelines, each room can hold a maximum of 110 people. There is also a kitchen available here for rent if you’d like to prepare your meal onsite, or bring in a caterer to do that. Mix and match your room rentals at our Maineville location to meet the needs of your special event. All rooms are only accessible through the front entrance with convenient parking.
COMMUNITY ROOM (Max group size 110)
The Community Room is available for outside rentals Monday through Friday after 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sundays all day.
SANCTUARY AREA (Max group size 110)
The Sanctuary Area is available for outside rental Monday through Friday after 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sundays all day.
The kitchen is available upon request for rental for an additional fee.
Our Lebanon East location, directly across from Countryside YMCA | Lebanon, includes a 1650 square foot space newly decorated like a family / entertainment room with couches, a large screen TV, and a pool table. The furniture can be easily rearranged for a more formal business conference, if required. Based on CDC social distancing guidelines, this room can hold a maximum of 45 people and is accessible through a separate entrance with convenient parking. 50 folding chairs are available at this location.
Our Landen location in Deerfield Township includes a brand new 1200 square foot space usable for meetings or small gatherings. Based on CDC social distancing guidelines, this room can hold a maximum of 35 people and is accessible through a separate entrance with convenient parking.

For this pandemic holiday season we are offering special pricing of $160 for up to four hours on our Event Center, either Maineville room, our Lebanon East room, and our Landen room.
Smaller spaces for 10 – 25 guests are also available to rent at $30/ hour.
Rentals are not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
No matter the location, the price includes set up and disinfecting before and after each rental.
