Walkers, joggers, and even parents with strollers are welcome on our tracks. On Track 1, next to our Cardio Strength Center, nine laps equal one mile. There are designated individual walk, jog and run lanes. On Track 2, above our Main Gym, 16 laps equal one mile. If you want to run or walk with someone, Track 2 is for you. It is accessible by elevator and strollers are welcome.
