A party at Countryside YMCA is perfect for birthdays, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, teams, church outings, and more! Our full-service party package allows you to enjoy the event, virtually eliminating the pre-work and clean-up time. Bring the cake and your guests, and we'll provide the rest. Only $250 for Countryside YMCA members, and $300 for non or reciprocal members (please note if you are a member of another YMCA you are considered to be a reciprocal member).
Start by deciding what kind of fun you want to have because we've got all sorts of activities available. From swimming to sports, there's some kind of fun for everyone. After choosing your party preference, please fill in the request form and we will get in touch with you to confirm your party.
Just need a space to party? We also offer a PARTY ROOM ONLY RENTAL for Countryside YMCA members. For $200 you can rent the Lower Level Party Room for 2 hours. This option does not include a provided activity, pizza, or a party hostess. You may bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. You may have up to 15 children and 2 adults per child. You are responsible for clean up.

Party like American Ninja Warriors! Bring your friends and enjoy 1 hour in the Party Room with pizza, cake (supplied by you) and gifts, followed by a fun, energizing experience in our Ninja Zone! We'll provide paper products. For children ages 7+ (we also have a 4-6 year old option that does not include the warped wall, salmon ladder, or monkey bars). Maximum 12 children. 2 Adults per child.
Ninja Zone Equipment available for the party includes: 14ft. Warped Wall, Salmon Ladder, Angled Steps, Pegboard, Unstable Bridges, Cliffhangers, Beast Balls, Hanging Cones, Rings, Pegballs, Hanging Ladder and Monkey Bars!

Let your Little one run, jump and play with ease in our soft block room with all of their friends! They will have an hour to build and create with the blocks or tumble and roll to their hearts desire. To schedule your party, you'll need to complete this party request form. Birthday parties are processed on a first-come first-served basis via the online party request form. Parties may not be booked via initial voice messaging, but you can contact Allie Christman or Kristi Miller, our Birthday Party Coordinators, with questions. We will respond in 5 business days.
My child is ___ years old, what party would be best for him/her?
The FAC pool party is good for all ages, but you have to follow the pool rules which state that all children 5 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over) in the water.
The obstacle course is for ages 3 and up. The party is run by two well-qualified gymnastics instructors and the course is age-appropriate. Children 2 and under may not participate.
Will my hour-long activity be in a reserved or private setting?
For the FAC party, the pool will remain open for our members. We do request that an extra guard be scheduled during pool parties so that swim tests can be accomplished faster and that greater monitoring can be achieved.
For the obstacle course party, the gymnastics center is closed to all other activities.
How are activities structured?
The FAC pool parties are open swim.
The obstacle course party is structured to allow time for the use of a padded course, plus time on several other parts of the center. The party concludes with a fun parachute activity and a special birthday “surprise.”
When should I book my party?
Generally, it is best to book your party 4-6 weeks in advance. We try to accommodate all booking requests, but with limited availability, our party slots do fill up quickly.

My child is allergic to ________. Is it possible not to utilize the included pizza/drinks?
We are happy to adjust the party fee and not include the pizza and/or drinks. You may bring any alternative food that you’d like.
Can I cancel and get my $75 deposit back?
The only situation where a party deposit will be refunded is in the case of inclement weather where conditions are unsafe for travel or a YMCA closure. If your child is sick, we will reschedule your party for another date.
I want to bring more than 15 guests. Is that okay?
For several reasons, it is important that we stick to the “up to 15” count with guests. Parties are staffed to supervise a maximum of 15 participants. Thank you for respecting our 15 guests-only policy.
