Earn a gold medal at this family friendly event!

The words Be a Champion!

The 2020 Summer Olympics is the perfect theme for our Healthy Family Day and health fair! Come ready to participate in the Olympic activities we offer right here at Countryside YMCA. The Y will transform into athletic venues and you can try everything from table tennis to cycling to yoga and more! Earn a gold medal when you complete a decathlon by choosing to participate in events like running with an Olympic torch, riding an Expresso bike, or making an Olympic craft. Our partner, Atrium Medical Center, will be offering health screenings and will have staff on hand to answer any physical therapy questions. We’ll bring in a touch of Tokyo culture as well. Don’t miss the fun at this health fair! Opening ceremony begins at 10:00 am.
