One of the many ways to start getting in shape with Countryside YMCA fitness is through personal training. When you don’t know where to start, it helps to get advice from an expert, which is precisely what you get with personal training. You receive one-on-one fitness training and education with a qualified and certified personal trainer who will help get you on the right track. Fitness training also features a personalized workout, water fitness training, and you can even add nutrition counseling to your package.
Start getting in better shape while also enjoying the company of friends or colleagues with our group Countryside YMCA fitness programs. Better yet, some of these classes are free for members. With our group classes, you can sign up for a variety of different exercise styles. Think about Zumba classes and strength courses with the support of a group behind you. We even offer youth training classes for young athletes.
Who doesn’t love free stuff? At Countryside YMCA, we offer free fitness mini sessions from August 12 through September 1 of 2019. These classes include our basic fitness courses and some of our water classes. These special classes are free of charge for members, program members, and even the general public in some cases. These classes are a great way to try something new before investing in a full class.
