As a parent, you know how difficult it can be to find child care solutions. In today’s blog post, Countryside YMCA looks at how we can help busy parents.

Children at an after school program

Finding affordable childcare is a constant struggle for parents, especially during the summer months when school isn’t in session. Not only do you want to find a childcare option that will keep your children safe and secure, but parents need an option that will provide educational value and offer a nurturing environment. In today’s blog post, Countryside YMCA will look at how our childcare options can help busy parents.

Do You Need Child Care Help?

For busy parents, it can be difficult to determine that they need childcare help. For formerly stay-at-home parents or parents who have not needed childcare previously, that decision can be difficult. However, there may be a point  where you become too busy to handle your kids on your own each day of the work week. Countryside YMCA wants to help busy parents find the right childcare solution for their family that is both affordable and high-quality.

What Does Countryside YMCA Offer?

Countryside YMCA is one of the largest childcare providers in the Warren County area. We offer childcare at five different locations, and each of our Child Care Centers offers high-quality, star-rated child care. We offer school age programs and services for children as young as six weeks old and all the way up through sixth grade. We want our child care services to be the best in the area, so that we can help develop the next generation through nurturing care and ongoing education.

What Does Financial Aid Look Like?

At Countryside YMCA, we also recognize that childcare can be expensive. In fact, one of the reasons why busy parents opt to not utilize professional childcare is because they don’t think they are financially able to afford it. Countryside YMCA wants to help parents by offering financial aid options for our childcare services.

If your family meets our income eligibility guidelines, and funding is available, YMCA will fund anywhere from 10% to 50% of the tuition costs. This program is also available for families who are already enrolled and are dealing with job loss or financial hardship. If funding is not available, families can always be put on a wait list and they would be contacted when funds are available.
