This Health Fair has fun activities for all ages!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to earn a gold medal? Give it a try during the FREE Healthy Family Day event Saturday, February 8 at Countryside YMCA. FREE fitness classes start at 7:45 am, and family activities and the vendor fair run from 10 am to 1 pm.

The Y will transform into athletic venues and you can try everything from table tennis to cycling to yoga and more! Kids can earn a gold medal by completing a decathlon. They can run with an Olympic-style torch, make a craft, and try lots and lots of sports! The whole family – even grandma and grandpa - can then take advantage of FREE health consultations by Premier Health's Atrium Medical Center.

The Opening Ceremony begins at 10:00am with a Japanese-style taiko drumming performance from the Cincinnati Dayton Taiko Group. Taiko drums are large drums played in an ensemble format which allows for thundering sounds and exciting rhythms. Besides the large drums, they include a variety of world percussion including shekere, small cymbals, and a large gong.

In addition, Omar Cummings from FC Cincinnati will be at the event from 10:00am to 1:00pm.  Omar Cummings

Older adults can check out our Stolle Center, an exclusive center for those 50+ with a private pool, several whirl pools, exercise equipment, and social space.
