With school getting back into full swing, child care can be a difficult predicament for parents. Today, we look at Countryside YMCA’s options.

Young children at day care

As you and your family get back into the swing of the school year, finding child care can be difficult. Countryside YMCA wants to make that process easier. We provide a variety of different child care options across our four locations, and we make them convenient and affordable. In today’s blog post, we discuss a few options for your family when they head back to school.

Before-School Child Care

Parents who head to work before the school day begins may not have many choices for affordable child care that is convenient for their family’s busy schedule. Some schools provide options for kids to show up to school early. However, if their school doesn’t provide that option, you’ll have to look elsewhere. Countryside YMCA offers before-school child care options for families facing that challenge. These programs not only provide care for your child, but they also give them opportunities to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and creatively.

After-School Child Care

While many parents struggle to find before-school child care, the more common challenge is finding after-school care. Schools commonly let out at 2:30 or 3:30 p.m. But work shifts often end at 5 p.m. Countryside YMCA provides the community with reliable and safe after-school child care. Lebanon schools also provide transportation to and from school, including schools like St. Francis and Lebanon Christian. Our after-school program will challenge your students while also giving them a safe place to go as they wait for you to get home from work.

Full-Time Day Care

If your family has younger children who are not yet old enough for school, you might need full-time child care. Countryside YMCA provides several full-time care options and has locations in Lebanon, Maineville, and Clinton Massie. We pride ourselves on low student-to-teacher ratios at all our locations. We also include breakfast and an afternoon snack in the overall price. Better yet, we offer financial aid for families that might not be able to afford child care.
