We know you’re constantly on the go! That’s why Countryside YMCA is pleased to offer our members, ages 18 and older, convenient 24-hour access to our health/wellness centers. For an annual fee of $30, you’ll have access to YOUR HEALTH ON YOUR TIME!

24- Hour Access Lebanon

Lebanon after hours and holiday access to our 13,000 sq ft Cardio Strength Center, Indoor Running Track, and Spin Studio with Spin Bikes, Boxing, and TRX equipment. And access to bathrooms outside the CSC, but does not include access to locker rooms, saunas, and showers. 24-Hour Access Key Fob added on to any Lebanon membership includes access to both Lebanon and Landen after hours.

24- Hour Access Landen

Your Y-On Your Time! Landen after hours and holiday access includes the entire facility, but saunas will not be available for use. Landen 24-Hour Access Key Fob can be added on to any Landen membership.

Members must be 18 years or older to be eligible for 24 hour access.

24 hour access is for Countryside YMCA Lebanon and Landen members only. Lebanon members will have access to both Lebanon and Landen with key fob, and Landen only members will only have access to Landen with key fob. It is not available for our program members, Otterbein only members, or Nationwide/reciprocal members.

24 hour access is available at all times the facility is closed, including holidays. During Countryside YMCA Lebanon business hours, you will be required to access the facility through one of the 3 main entrances as you have done previously. 15 minutes after closing, you will be able to access the Cardio Strength Center through the 24 hour access entrance to the left of the North entry.

Countryside YMCA Lebanon Members will have acess to both Lebanon and Landen and Landen only members will have access to Landen only. 24 hour access at Lebanon will include the 13,000 sqft Cardio Strength Center, Indoor Walking Track, Studio 3 (which has spin bikes, boxing, and TRX equipment) and the bathrooms located just outside the CSC (you will not have access to locker rooms, saunas, or showers after hours). 24 hour access at Landen will include the entire facility, except for the saunas.

A key fob is your after-hours key to the Cardio Strength Center. Your key fob is unique to your membership. To access the Cardio Strength Center after hours go through the 24 hour access entrance to the left of the North entry, hold the fob up to the fob reader to the side of the door. You will hear the door activate and see the reader light turn from red to green when the fob is read. Upon activation, pull on the door to gain access. To exit, simply walk out the same door you came in by pushing on the door to exit. Be sure the door is closed after entering or exiting. It is the responsibility of the person entering to not let anyone else enter without scanning their own fob.

If you are already in the building when the Y closes make sure to grab any belongings from the locker rooms and make your way to the CSC. If you are in the CSC when the Y closes a staff member will ask to see your key fob and allow you to continue your workout. if you are not in the CSC at the time of closing with your key fob you will need to leave the building and scan your fob at the 24 hour access entrance.

$30. For an annual fee of $30 per adult, you’ll have 24 hour access. This price includes the special membership key fob.

You can sign up for this access by going to the Welcome Center during normal business hours. Members will be required to take an updated photo and sign a waiver.

If you lose or damage your key fob, report it to the Y immediately. A replacement fob can be purchased for $30.

No. Each adult individual must purchase their own key fob to be able to access the facility after hours.

We highly recommend that members exercise with other 24 hour access members when using the facility outside of staffed hours, because we will not have any staffing assistance during the times the Y is closed. There is an emergency phone at the desk in the Cardio Strength Center to use, if needed, to call 911.

Members with 24 hour access cannot grant access to other individuals, even if they are YMCA members and known to you. Granting access to another individual will result in forfeit of your 24 hour access privileges, and your key fob will be deactivated (with no refund issued).

The YMCA has a 24 hour video recording system for security purposes only. It will be reviewed on a routine basis to address any security concerns and to monitor who is entering the building. Please note that this system will not protect you from harm in or on the building premises. Please use caution when entering and leaving the building. In the event of an emergency, immediately dial 911. The Lebanon Fire Department and Police Department will be able to access the building during non-business hours.
