Get ahead with UNLEASHED Strength, Speed, and Agility Training

Take advantage of the UNLEASHED strength, speed, and agility training program. Whether you're completely new to fitness training or an experienced lifter, Unleashed gives you the ability to get ahead of the pack with either small group training or work one on one with a nationally certified Personal Trainer to improve performance and excel in your sport or activity.

 

Small Group Training

Sessions will focus on increasing each participant's strength, speed, and agility while training in small groups of 3-6. Group training sessions will increase overall strength, speed, and agility of each participant without focusing on any one specific sport.

 

One on One Training

Work one on one with a nationally certified Personal Trainer to develop an individualized program to improve your performance and excel at your sport or activity. All strength, speed, and agility exercises will be specifically targeted toward performance improvement, and will be tailored to your experience level, whether beginner or experienced.

Training sessions take place at Countryside YMCA.

Small Group Training 10 sessions (2 sessions per week for 5 weeks) $60
