YMCA Member Policies and Guide
The Y is the leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility and the mission of Countryside YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our members and guests, the staff and board of Countryside YMCA have implemented the following policies and guidelines. Because it is impossible to foresee or communicate every situation that may arise, we reserve the right to amend or add a policy/operating rule to ensure the safety and comfort of all. We understand that consistency among our locations is a cornerstone of our business practice and want you to be met with the same guidelines, regardless of which location you visit. However, due to varying facility designs, space and amenities, from time to time, you may see a variation to a rule or policy between centers.
Please take a few minutes to look over this member guide. If you have further questions, feel free to contact Judy Bauer, Executive Director of Membership or Mike Carroll, CEO.
